Was okay, customer service was amazing. Rooms where a bit dated. Beds left a lot to be desired same with the pillow, but it was clean with a few good channels on the TV, AC worked great not the worst place to stay just bring your own pillow
It's a decent hotel at a decent price. It was quiet. The guys that work here are cool. I was happy with it.

Checked in late at night about 11:00 p.m. the guy made me feel like I've known him all my life he was very Kind and pleasant..... endless hot water in the shower.
Room was ok but found 2 live cock roaches told front desk not sure how much they care about it
Me my wife and sonstayed at this hotel for 3 months while we were trying to buy a place. The owner Sam and his staff are great people and made the long stay more welcoming. They were excited when we finally found our gouse and congratulated us. If you need to stay in wooster they are very great people. Rooms are priced probably the least expensive in town
Really good for the price. Yeah some things need updating like the chairs, and stuff have stains, but everything else was really good. Room was pretty clean too. No bed bugs, clean towels, and face cloths, soap and the lady even gave me a razor up front. Really nice, and quiet location too. I couldn't find one cigarette burn on my linens like others stated, AC/TV worked really well too. Thinking about booking for a second night. They are actually going to upgrade their location as well, but not much needs upgrading in my opinion.
My boyfriend and I have stayed here multiple times over the last year and have never had any issues. I must say they have made major improvements from when I worked housekeeping at this location about 12 years ago. The change of staff was the 1st thing I noticed they are a wonderful group of people who have ALL gone the extra mile to make us feel welcome and appreciated. And the room updates are are pleasant ones. With all things improvement takes time and they are making it happen
